7.8 Grams – Sterling Silver
1 Gram – Gold ( All Carats )
1 Gram – Palladium
0.5 Grams - Platinum

Must carry a Full Uk Hallmark. This consists of at least :

Makers Mark The mark of the maker or retailer
Office Mark Mark of the Assay Office where it was hallmarked
Fineness Mark Marking showing the fineness or amount of fine metal in the item

But can also have :

Control Mark – Enabling the item to be sold across all EU countries that are signatories to the Vienna Convention on hallmarking.
Date Mark – Indicating the Year of Assay

First thing to note about a piece of jewelry with no hallmark is not to jump to the conclusion that its not made of the metal that supposed to be. In the US there is not universal standard for hallmarking making any certain answer difficult. The best thing to do it to take the item to a Jeweler you trust and get their opinion on its provenance.

This beautiful ring is from the Tiffany Celebration Collection. I honestly have no idea what it was designed to celebrate (none of the paperwork actually ever says), but this ring is absolutely stunning. The platinum band is petit yet graceful and strong. The swirling design leading from one pink sapphire to one brilliant round diamond to the next pink sapphire is vintage Tiffany. Can you tell that I really like this ring?

The total carat weight of the is .40 and the total carat weight of the brilliant round diamonds is .37. The diamonds are lovely on this platinum band and I would honestly have considered purchasing just that without any hesitancy. However, the interwoven pink sapphires are what truly sets this one particular ring so far above the bar of comparable rings – even by Tiffany.

The price is to be expected at £ 2,650 and although I don’t condone spending that much money on a ring casually, if you have something to celebrate, then this is the perfect celebration gift you can purchase.

This type of ring can be worn every single day, but it also special enough to be the only jewelry worn on rare occasions to make the entire outfit shine with brilliance. This ring has the simple yet stunning style of a masterpiece. The designer gets high praise from me and I truly would recommend the ring to all my friends who are searching for that special look – those pink sapphires truly are an amazing look!
